Rob is a business improvement professional and civil engineer with more than 45 years’ experience working with Australian and global organisations. Rob was the Awards Manager for the Australian Quality Council overseeing the evaluation process for Australia.
With wide experience in business excellence, organisational design, process improvement and training, Rob works with our clients to deliver quality solutions and train employees in valuable skills. Rob has also had extensive practice in facilitating critical process identification and cycle time reduction projects as well as training groups of people at all levels in team-based problem solving, quality concepts and improvement processes.
Rob has been an Australian Business Excellence Evaluator since 1994 and has evaluated organisations throughout Australia as well as in Singapore and Fiji. This experience has significantly enhanced his ability to identify improvement opportunities, develop appropriate solutions and devise change processes.
Outside of work, you’ll find Rob singing, reading, walking and doing jigsaws.
Ravi is a prominent global thought leader in Business Excellence, with over 20 years of experience, working with some of the world’s leading organisations including Accenture. He specialises in helping clients identify, prioritise, and implement effective improvement solutions. Over the past 10 years, Ravi has specialised in embedding Excellence Models into organisations, guiding leadership thinking and focusing on integrated long-term performance.
He is recognised for his expertise and holds leadership roles in quality and excellence organisations, such as an Advisory Director of Business Excellence Australia, a representative on the Global Excellence Model Council, the NSW Chapter Lead for the Australian Organisation for Quality and a member of the Organisational Excellence Technical Committee for the American Society for Quality.

With extensive experience in managing director and vice president roles, Clare helps clients optimise business operations to maximise performance, through research and analytics solutions. Her expertise spans over 20 years, working with organisations of all sizes across government, retail, FMCG, finance, media, advertising, automotive, community services, electronics, online services, and manufacturing in various markets, including Australia, Asia, and North America.
As the Founder and CEO of Thrive35’s subsidiary, Accurace, she leads a team specialising in maximising client performance objectives through strategic recommendations derived from qualitative and quantitative research. Clare’s technical expertise and skill in simplifying complex statistical findings enable the Accurace team to provide valuable insights and practical solutions to clients.
Outside of work, Clare enjoys watching horror movies and shows with her family, eating diverse cuisine, writing, crocheting, and fostering abandoned kittens and puppies.

He is a change agent with a broad range of experience in the Australian and international business environment, at all levels of management, across diverse sectors, including 18 years in IT, 5 years in public service, 10 years in finance, and over 10 years in consultancy roles. With his extensive experience, David helps organisations improve their functionality and deliver better outcomes to stakeholders.
David is involved with the Australian Business Excellence Framework and other international models of excellence to help organisations operate proactively and improve performance through systems thinking and leveraging diverse methodologies.
Tania is a highly detail-oriented Business Process Analyst with over 7 years of experience working on large-scale ICT transformation programs and BAU (Business as Usual) projects. She specialises in process reengineering and process improvement, bringing a meticulous approach to her work.
Tania’s career began as an Administrator for a Superannuation Administration company. Her natural curiosity and desire to understand the “why” behind the processes propelled her to become an expert in her role. She quickly progressed within the organisation, eventually assuming the position of Process Analyst. During this time, Tania received training in Business Process Management (BPM) and became proficient in modeling notation BPMN 2.0.
Tania’s primary focus is on improving and simplifying business processes in alignment with the clients’ strategic and project goals. She places a strong emphasis on the end-user experience, ensuring that processes are easy to follow, repeatable, and carry a low risk of defects and rework.
Outside of work, Tania enjoys spending time with her family, engaging in furniture upcycling projects, and watching renovation shows.
Sarah is an admin specialist with a perfectionist mindset, dedicated to supporting executive teams for over 15 years. Her experience spans diverse industries such as manufacturing, media, market research, recruitment, and international logistics. Sarah has provided support to individuals at all levels of seniority, including executives and the C-suite.
With her commitment to excellence, she ensures that Ravi and the team can concentrate on empowering clients and delivering solutions for long-term success.

David excels as a Lean Six Sigma facilitator, coach, and practitioner, specialising in driving sustainable quality and efficiency improvements through his expertise in Lean Six Sigma and process management. He has successfully managed improvement projects for the Business Excellence team, led the Training and Improvement Solutions team at SAI Global and has presented papers on process improvement at several Australian and international conferences.
With his facilitation and coaching methods, David effectively engages personnel, transferring knowledge and competence to enhance their understanding of process improvement and its application to organisational systems and processes.

Donna is an experienced corporate and clinical governance practitioner. She is an Associate at Thrive35 and the Principal of Lighthouse Advisory Services. With over 20 years in governance-related senior management roles within health and human services organisations, she specialises in building and implementing effective governance systems. Donna’s expertise extends to formal and informal education, mentoring, bespoke governance reviews, and education to enhance systems and promote good governance at all levels.
Her corporate governance experience includes risk management, internal audit, compliance, policy development, insurance, and business continuity. Donna excels in clinical risk reviews, developing clinical governance policies and systems, and conducting critical incident investigations.
She is also skilled in university lecturing, mentoring, workshop facilitation, and facilitating learning both virtually and face-to-face, engaging diverse participants with varying backgrounds and experiences.
Heather is a business excellence and process improvement specialist with over 25 years of senior management experience in large and medium-sized organisations.
