Rob is a business improvement professional and civil engineer with more than 45 years’ experience working with Australian and global organisations. Rob was the Awards Manager for the Australian Quality Council overseeing the evaluation process for Australia.
With wide experience in business excellence, organisational design, process improvement and training, Rob works with our clients to deliver quality solutions and train employees in valuable skills. Rob has also had extensive practice in facilitating critical process identification and cycle time reduction projects as well as training groups of people at all levels in team-based problem solving, quality concepts and improvement processes.
Rob has been an Australian Business Excellence Evaluator since 1994 and has evaluated organisations throughout Australia as well as in Singapore and Fiji. This experience has significantly enhanced his ability to identify improvement opportunities, develop appropriate solutions and devise change processes.

Over the past 10 years, Ravi has specialised in embedding Excellence Models into organisations, guiding leadership thinking and focusing on integrated long-term performance.
He is recognised for his expertise and holds leadership roles in quality and excellence organisations, such as an Advisory Director of Business Excellence Australia, a representative on the Global Excellence Model Council, the NSW Chapter Lead for the Australian Organisation for Quality and a member of the Organisational Excellence Technical Committee for the American Society for Quality.

Tania is a highly detail-oriented Business Process Analyst with over 7 years of experience working on large-scale ICT transformation programs and BAU (Business as Usual) projects. She specialises in process reengineering and process improvement, bringing a meticulous approach to her work.
Tania’s career began as an Administrator for a Superannuation Administration company. Her natural curiosity and desire to understand the “why” behind the processes propelled her to become an expert in her role. She quickly progressed within the organisation, eventually assuming the position of Process Analyst. During this time, Tania received training in Business Process Management (BPM) and became proficient in modeling notation BPMN 2.0.
Tania’s primary focus is on improving and simplifying business processes in alignment with the clients’ strategic and project goals. She places a strong emphasis on the end-user experience, ensuring that processes are easy to follow, repeatable, and carry a low risk of defects and rework.

Her corporate governance experience includes risk management, internal audit, compliance, policy development, insurance, and business continuity. Donna excels in clinical risk reviews, developing clinical governance policies and systems, and conducting critical incident investigations.
